LISAsoft’s product group has developed a suite of generalised interactive geo-spatial mapping-based products for the global marketplace, deployed on both the Web and mobile devices. Both groups use the best available tools in the global market, especially Java SE / EE / ME and several data base management systems.
LISAsoft is a leader in the use of open source tools to provide scalable, reliable, and robust e-business solutions of commercial quality. LISAsoft is a strong adopter of open standards & specifications, such as the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) specifications, and has successfully integrated the OGC Open Layers Web Service with a variety of disparate clients / solutions. LISAsoft also supplies the GIS products from CubeWerx Canada, conforming to the OGC standards, and is the Australian support agent for CubeWerx. CubeWerx provides a range of GIS products allowing mapping on various themes, as well as a spatially enabled metadata Web Registry Server for which LISAsoft has developed some tailored middleware.
LISAsoft is the sole Australian reseller for eXo Portal, a powerful open source portal with a strong security component. eXo includes a Rules Engine, Workflow and Business Process Management (both in-built and integrated with Bonita, an open source Workflow / BPM product), ECM plus offerings covering Business Intelligence and Groupware.
LISAsoft’s main development centre in Adelaide employs some 15 -20 IT professionals, comprising systems engineers, Java developers, systems support, business analysis, marketing and management. Additional systems development and support staff are located in Sydney and Melbourne.
LISAsoft provides the complete Systems Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Project Management and Training. LISAsoft operates as either Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor on bespoke projects, depending on the project.
